What is the community rules?
§ 1 Names
• Offensive, racist and names that refers to sexual content will not be tolerated and can result in a permanent ban! All kinds of inappropriate names are not allowed (character name, shop name, pet name, guild name etc.).
• Characters or guilds imitating staff (or having same name as a team member) will result in immediate deletion and a lifetime ban.
§2 Bug exploits
• If you are aware of any bug, you are highly recommended to report it to a staff member. You can private message any team-member or report it on the discord server/forum. Abuse of any kind of exploits will be punished on sight.
§3 Third-party programs, exploits or alike
• Cheating is defined as any attempt to give yourself an advantage over other players. Though cheating is a subjective definition, we reserve the right to define a cheater per situation depending on the offense committed by that player.
• The use of bugs, additional programs (hacks, bots, macro’s etc) or other ways to manipulate the software for a positive / negative effect for you or another user is forbidden. It is also forbidden to enter the server with a virtual machine!

• By sharing your account, you are responsible for anything that may happen to it. We are not responsible for any loss of items, Nova Coins, golds or eventual damages to the characters inside the account. In case the account breaks our rules, even if is someone else using your account, we may suspend it or ban it permanently at our discretion. This includes but is not limited to every related account by IP, HWID or Email.
§5 Behaviour
• You do not need to like another player, but you will be respectful towards them. You may not use any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, sexist, hateful, racial, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, anti-gay or otherwise objectionable language toward any other player or staff member. Furthermore, do not name any guilds, shops, guild icons, pictures or characters that are based on the above stipulations. Acceptable behavior is determined by player reports and the decision made by the Nova-Team and violating these guidelines will result in heavy sanctions and if necessary, gameplay restrictions.
• Any attempt to scam another player (No matter which form) is prohibited. However, the person reporting it must provide evidence!
When reporting a player a full screen of the client & full conversation must be provided as evidence! (The time of the insistence must be shown) Otherwise no action will be taken.
§6 External-trading
• Trading Nova stuff (accounts, yang, items, etc.) for real money is not allowed. Trading accounts, items, yang, services etc. for real money or for other currencies, which are not provided by Nova itself, is not allowed. Also, we don't allow Nova account trading for in game currencies.
- Rules mentioned above also applies to trading of acc's in other games besides nova.
• Promoting personal projects or / and services is forbidden.
• Advertisement of other Metin2 private servers / other games is also prohibited. Same goes for mentioning other P-servers

• Players should not disobey or debate and argue any order coming from the team (with only exception of the request of personal data, like password or login id). The player may report the order if he thinks it was an abuse of power or just unfair.
• Spreading private information or rumours of a team member or player in general is strictly prohibited.
§8 Streaming Safeguard
Following rules only applies if the streamer is live at the time of the incident. If the streamer turns on the streaming service only to have the purpose to avoid other players/punish them, none of the rules will be considered active.
It is not allowed to disturb promotion activities from our promoters!
• Permanent kill, even after the streamer has changed channel.
• Permanent Metinstone stealing, even after the streamer has changed channels.
Furthermore, the mentioned rules only comes in effect if the mentioned streamer informs the user that he is live at the given moment. If the user does not stop after the streamer has informed, a staff member can be demanded and in worst case a temporary ban can be enforced.
- The Nova staff reserves the right to adapt to this rule due to situational conditions!

• To use mounts during a guild war is forbidden.
• Intentionally boosting guild points by dying/losing a guild war is prohibited.
Every user is obligated to follow the general or rather the specific rules. When these rules are being violated, from the point all Team-Members have the right to take certain measures. Furthermore, the NovaMetin2 Staff reserve the right to change the rules at any time on our discretion
