Disconnected on city 1

Hello. when i try to create a new char or i teleported with my warrior to city 1 my account gets disconnected,

i have a shaman thats on city2 and on the maps, and works fine. (dont want to risk get her to city1)

have this happened to anyone?

Have you tried to re-patch your client?

Remove all the files from the folder and leave the patcher then run it.

i Removed all the files from the folder and leave the patcher then run it.
and the problem still persist

Try debugging from out website (need to login) and then wait 15 minutes, let me know if it helps.

i have already tried:
Debbuging on website
restart router
desactivate anti-virus
windows update
and the problem still persists.

i can only play in a char that is not on city 1, cant even play on a new char
