Admin Team
Server Admin
The Server Administrator develops, configures, and maintains the server. He is responsible for technical game issues (bugs etc), payment issues and major game issues.

Senior Game Admin
The SGA has responsibilities and authority that are broader in scope than any other role. The central responsibility covered by the SGA is to ensure clarity around priorities and goals for the entire functional area. In addition, the SGA is involved in various other tasks that can but are not limited to; communicating with the community, organizing the reported/suggested stuff, making announcements, or other game-related matters. Apart from this, the SGA mainly collaborates with the event & admin team in complex cases, such as event development, game penalties, or other cases that require greater access to be resolved. The SGA is the highest-ranked member after SA and therefore his word is final. Regular questions can be addressed to other staff members.

Community Manager
The Community Manager is a part of the Discord Team. The central responsibility, which the CoMa cover is moderation of the Nova Discord / Board & Facebook page ), where he also identifies and rewards valuable players (Translators / Promotors). Furthermore, the CoMa is also responsible for monitoring the Community channels to communicate and engage, excite, and troubleshoot, with the ultimate goal to connect players' concerns, bug reports, and/or suggested stuff with the concept designer. Last but not least, the CoMa cooperates with the Team Managers to solve various other tasks, which is, but are not limited to; organizing and executing events incorporated with the Team.

Team Admin
The Team Admin is responsible for Nova2 Remastered staff management which includes hiring all new staff members, staff assessment, and development. The Team Admin is also responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Nova Team, handling any dissatisfaction among staff members. Furthermore, The TA reports directly to the SA and SGA, this position is part of the Admin team. Apart from team management TA responsibilities include assisting players in service-related, complex cases and ban cases. A Team Admin's word is final. Cases that reach this point may be jointly discussed by the higher-ups as the situation demands. Regular questions may be directed to a lower-ranked staff member.

Game Admin
The GA will make game announcements, and answer questions regarding game bans and anything else that is referred to by the GMs and SGMs they are not capable of handling. The GA will also make final decisions regarding in-game cases and apply bans if necessary. Furthermore, the GA reports directly to the SGA and works in close cooperation with the TA & SGA.

Team Manager
The Team Manager is responsible for Nova2 Remastered staff management which includes hiring all new staff members, staff assessment and development. The Team Manager works jointly with the Team Admin.

Senior Game Staff
Team Coordinators
Team Coordinators are responsible for organizing weekly meetings within the team in order to maintain team communication and set event calendars for upcoming weeks. Additionally, they also take care of the responsibilities SGM covers, but with expanded permissions.

Senior Game Master
Senior Game Masters handle certain tasks that require greater access and in-game rights such as issues in dungeons, bosses not spawning, etc. Furthermore, they handle questions that the GMs have no answer to. If you wish to discuss warnings or mutes or bans, an SGM will give you the necessary information or will redirect you to an Admin.

Game Staff
Game Master
Game Masters are responsible for maintaining order on the server. They will warn players who violate the guidelines and, if needed, mute and report for further punishment. They answer questions regarding the game and may direct you to a guide on which more information is available. They will forward cases they cannot handle themselves to a superior.

Trial Game Master
TGM’s are responsible for maintaining order on the server. They will warn players violating our guidelines and if necessary, mute and report a player for further punishment. They answer questions regarding the game, search for bots, and direct players to where to find information. They will forward cases they cannot handle themselves to a GM/SGM. GMs cannot discuss in-game warnings, mutes, and/or bans. They are under probation; any complaints must be directed to a senior staff member or the TA.

Office Staff:
Senior Game Designer
The Senior Game Designer works in collaboration with the Design Team and sketches and makes what the game design of a Concept should look like and what is the best User Interface and User Experience possible to be given. This role is not responsible for any in-game-related cases or any other case that may require support

Game Designer
The Game Designer's role is to research and plan the changes that are necessary for the game to have a better User Interface and User Experience for everyone, this role also takes into account all UI/UX bugs and aims to fix those problems. This role is not responsible for any kind of support.

Concept Designer
As a Concept Designer, you’ll apply imagination and artistic skills to create sketches/ideas of what a new concept could look like. Furthermore, the CD also explains and pitches his ideas clearly to the admin and the rest of the design team. It is also the CD’s job to respond positively to client feedback along with adapting and refining the concepts based on client response. The CD does not carry any responsibility in game-related cases or any other case that may require support.

Graphical Designer
The graphical designer works in close collaboration with the SA to design and develop new and unique designs. This includes unique designs for costumes, monsters, NPC, or other graphical designs. This role is not responsible for any support outside his area of expertise!

Helper
The player with great knowledge about the server, who provides support to new players or just anyone with any sort of doubt. The [H] tag will be added to your normal character and discord account; no powers/commands will be given. This position is NOT part of the Nova2 Remastered staff team. The HELPER position is mainly for those who want to benefit/assist the server and players while keeping their normal character.
