can't log in public site

1-created an account been playing on it never knew waht vote for buff mean
2- after i learned i went into the site and logged in and voted and got the bonus in game
3-the next day wanted to log back in => nothing happened

1 more question:
if i forgot delete character number what can i do ?

Regarding your last question, you'll have to message [SA]Eddy with a private message with your account details since there's no option to manually reset it as a player.

still having and i'm sure i put the right password and username i logged in the game everyday with these credential so i dont think i made the mistake 100 times

As said, the website is case sensitive at moment and it seems that your first letter is capital on your account.
Anyways i will remove the case sensitivity on account ids .
