patch problems- could not open download request

Hello! i'm having a little problem whit my metin patch. i try to open the patcher, it open's, but show me a error that says: could not open download request (url/metin2torrent-config,xml error code 12029) could not open configuration from remote.
also, dont show me background image, only says: conection was canceled.
what can i do? thank u!

hello! the problem is still persisting.
I install the game in other pc and work's fine, only on my pc dont work.
i believe is a problem whit firewall, or something, because is blocking the connectiong from the patcher to the internet explorer
