the sash has disappeared

Hi
Today i went to theowedan (npc for sash combine), i put there my 17% sash, and one more under, to upgrade this 17%. After combain, my sash get 20%, i closed combine window, equip my 20% sash, teleport to dungeon (i didnt remember, i think IT was baroness spider) and my sash disappeard...
I dont have it anywhere, i checked bank, every equipment slots, itemshop... Sash disappeard.

Before checking further can you please check the last section of your extra inventory, the sash might be there.
