Help Cant open the game

Hello all iam new in the game i downloaded the client and then i installed the game
then it asked me to patch the game and after it finished the "start game" button became green
so that means i could enter the game but after i pressed to play it is just open a window fast for 1 second
then instantly closes i have try run the program as administrator nothing again, well if anyone can help me

no it wasnt my anti-virus... i had to restart pc now i can play normally
