Hello,
When i was changing my costume ingame somehow a mask of the new shiva dissapeared.
I was wearing Eternal Ice Mask and wanted to change it into Light Elegant Mask.
However my eternal ice mask stayed on and the light elegant mask dissapeared completely.
Even after taking off my mask manually and relogging the light elegant mask is still gone.
Tried it again with other masks but it only happened this one time.
